Dispatch project management

Objective

Maestro* enables the subdivision of a construction project in operational phases through the Dispatch Project Management option in which one or more dispatch projects are created and linked to a construction project. Dispatch projects have their own characteristics and parameters (such as a work schedule) as well as a foreman. They can be created to separate the day shift from the evening or night shifts, or to better plan work specific to certain phases of the construction project.

In short, creating dispatch projects simplify breaking down construction projects, attributing resources, and visually depicting the entire thing in the dispatch grid of the Project Dispatch option. The following diagram illustrates the concept.
